HATEGEKIMANA Gratien: is The Managing Partner of the H&T law firm and He has a rich
experience in legal practice Across a period of over 15 years having been admitted as an advocate in
Rwanda Bar Association since 2008.
He mainly handles litigation matters arising out of commercial
disputes, labour disputes and other related disputes. He is a market leader in litigation and alternative
dispute resolution and he represents numerous businesses, NGO’s, Corporations as well as several
multinationals in several commercial, labour and civil disputes at all court levels.
He also provides
comprehensive Insolvency & legal services to assist clients create value through cost and risk
management. In addition, He is an Accredited court Mediator and Insolvency practitioner
He advises clients on the tax implications of their business structures and transactions as well as their
compliance and reporting responsibilities.
Prior to join the Field of Law, he was serving as a Police in Rwanda Nation Police.
